Constitution and Byelaws

The Union is a registered charity, which means that we need to have publically available set of governing documents to show our core purposes and how we operate.

Our Constitution sets out our core purpose as a charity and our ground rules on how we operate.

The byelaws give more specific detail about how we conduct different areas of the Union that you can be a part of, such as sports clubs, societies, student communities, elections and our student council. They also give more detail about how we operate areas of work with our Trustee Board, finance and complaints.
