Kingston University support

Access the Kingston University Cost of Living support hub for information to access the wellbeing services and hardship funds. 

 

Free items and activities

- The Union provides free period products, available at the Union Helpdesk in Penrhyn Road campus. 

- The Union regularly holds free events that all students can join, from recreational sport activities to arts and craft sessions. Info is on our Instagram and website. 

 

Jobs on campus

- Kingston University offers paid opportunities for students, such as Student Ambassadors.

- The Union often has openings for student staff roles, follow our Instagram and website to keep in touch. 

Food 

- Use the microwaves on campuses to heat up your food.

- Access the Kingsgate Student Pantry. 

- Utilise the discount and loyalty scheme from U Pay to buy coffee on campus. 

- Carry reusable water bottle to save on buying bottled water, and use reusable coffee cups as coffee shops often give discounts for using one.

The Union has dedicated advisors that could provide free, impartial, non-judgmental advice in academic related matters, such as interruption from studies and academic appeal, as well as matters related to complaints and student conduct.
