What Are Sports Clubs?

Sports Clubs are:

• a fantastic way to meet other people 
• an opportunity to learn a new skill or develop existing skills 
• our sports clubs are student led
• majority of our clubs run training sessions (Led by a qualified coach) and compete against other universities during the week
• other clubs organise events and competitions for you to represent the university 
• sports clubs are an excellent way to keep physically, mentally and socially active whilst at university

 

How Much Does It Cost To Join?

to be able to join a Kingston University Sports Club a 2023/24 sports membership is required. this membership pays for your insurance, Instructors, facility hire, equipment costs and travel expenses and any other associated costs to your sports club.

the majority of our clubs provide equipment to get you started as well as coaching and instructors. throughout the year, you may be required to contribute towards activity, but this will be explained by the club. feel free to contact any club to find out more information.
