Student Trustees 

There are 3 student trustee posts available.

The Student Trustee posts are elected on an annual basis and students.
Elected Trustees will sit on the Board of Trustees alongside External Trustees, Officer team and the Union Chief Executive Officer.

Student trustees attend the 4-8 meetings per year of the Trustee Board and are responsible for:

• The management and administration of the Union and (subject to the Education Act, the Constitution and the Bye-Laws)
• The governance of the Union
• The budget of the Union
• The strategy of the Union
• Directing the affairs of the Union and delivering the charitable outcomes for the benefit of students.

The Student Trustees are elected on an annual basis and may stand for 2 terms of office.
