Taekwondo is the most popular form of martial art. It originated and was developed for over 20 centuries in Korea and has become a modern international sport. Taekwondo is a way to create spiritual and emotional balance through physical activities such as punching, kicking, blocking, throwing and locking. The intention of Taekwondo is to instil confidence.
Membership
A sports membership is required and is mandatory for all individuals who join a sports club. Each club has an additional £5 club membership you will need to pay. This money goes directly to the club’s account for them to spend on you, the member. This is looked after by the club’s treasurer.
