Welcome to Kingston University Swimming Team! We are a friendly club open to all students, alumni and staff.

The Kingston University Swimming Club is a friendly and social team dedicated to improving the fitness and swimming ability of fellow students, staff and alumni. From fitness swimmers up to county and national level competitions, we accommodate a wide range of abilities.

To join the team, you are expected to be able to swim 100m Individual Medley (25m of Butterfly, 25m of Backstroke, 25m Breaststroke, 25m Front Crawl). You must bring your own swimming costume, goggles and hat.

Training Day/Time:
Every Monday 9-10pm at The Malden Centre (32 Blangdon Rd, New Malden KT3 4TA), in partnership with Kingston Royals Swimming Club

New & Prospective members are entitled to ONE free taster session.  You must notify us via email in advance when you wish to attend a taster session so a committee member can welcome you on poolside prior to the start of the session. After the taster session, you must buy the membership if you wish to continue swimming with us. Non-members are strictly not allowed to swim, except for the taster session.

A sports membership of £50 is a one-time mandatory fee for all individuals to be able to join any sports clubs. Each club has an additional £5 club membership you will need to pay. This money goes directly to the club’s account for them to spend on you, the member. The membership entitles you to attend all the swimming sessions at no extra cost until the end of the academic year.
