in late october 2020, we introduced a new call centre service to ensure your wellbeing and safety if you're self-isolating due to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.
our call centre supports students self-isolating due to symptoms, confirmed tests, possible exposure and travel from International and EU countries to the UK.
whether it's to signpost you to relevant support services, have a chat about Netflix or anything in between, our callers are trained, ready and waiting for you.
