Volunteer Abroad

Thinking of Volunteering Abroad?

‘I had the pleasure of being able to take part in building a school in Maasai land. It was the greatest experience of my life so far. Being able to live without electricity and no toilets was the hardest part but I enjoyed every single moment of my time in Maasai...It has been the most incredible experience of my life but I am so happy and bless that I was able to volunteer in Kenya.’

Volunteering abroad is a great way to make a positive impact across the globe, whilst simultaneously getting the chance to experience different cultures and learn new skills. In 2017, the Union of Kingston Students Volunteering department will be heading to India and Sri Lanka to give students the chance to volunteer abroad. You can find out more on the projects we will be running in each country on their individual pages (linked below).

The Volunteering Office does not promote or endorse any other international opportunities outside of the projects mentioned above. If you are interested in opportunities other than those mentioned, please take a look at the links below to help you when choosing a project.
